Wow! What a hidden gem! This is the best fish and chips around! Made to order, piping hot with generous portions of fish! The sides are equally delicious (we had French fries and onion rings) with good-sized servings. The food was so good, we didn't think to get photos before diving in! There are picnic tables to eat outside or bring it home as take-out. Plan ahead: CASH ONLY, but good prices.

We decided to have some fish and chips take-out tonight for the first time at the Brantford Chip Wagon and it was delicious. Fish was nicely cooked with a nice big portion and a great price. Will be returning!

The haddock dinner was delicious. Fish was fresh and Dee makes a great batter- crispy! The fries were freshly cut in the chip truck using a traditional press. The dinner came with coleslaw and plenty of tartar sauce. Great value!

Huge shout out to the Brantford Chip Wagon (next to the vet clinic on KGR in coin-op car wash lot). We had a delicious meal! The lady who took our order from hubby was super kind and helpful. It IS CASH ONLY so she took our order and he went to the bank across the street while it was being prepared. We had a fair-sized order and it was prepared quickly and perfectly! Fish was crispy on the outside and flaky and moist on the inside - a prime aspect to look for in battered fish!! Fries were completely fresh cut potatoes, cooked through, and hit the spot! Hubby doesn't like fish so he got the large poutine. He said there's no way he could eat any more and that it was really good - perfect cheese to gravy ratio. He didn't offer me to try it so it must've been so good he didn't want to share! Youngest didn't want fish, so she got the cheeseburger. She devoured the fries first and said the burger was good too! Win all around; we will definitely return and recommend everyone try it out!

Absolutely outstanding fish and chips. Among the best I've had in my 60 years. Service takes a little longer because every order is cooked to perfection but it's well worth the wait.

Been here a couple times good experience, Both times pricing is OK. Portions aren't bad. The lady who runs this is great very nice. Definitely recommend

Who would have thought, I’m going to say they are the best fish & chips I have had in the city for a LONG time! Friendly service, reasonable price, great chips and outstanding fish! I will be back again, no question! I rated the Atmosphere only as a ⭐⭐ but only cause eating the chips there would have meant, eating in my truck or the picnic table. Outstanding!
